We requested a full refund for our accomadation, we had to leave in the middle of the night and book a hotel room as there was rodents (a rat) IN THE BED and running around in the room. There was also a leak from the roof that ran down the wall had completely wet our luggage, our cloths got wet and our digital camera has been damaged from the leak. This has been the worst experience staying in this villa it is unhygienic from the rodents making a home in side the villa and in the kitchen cooking space. Problems we have had from when we first got there include. - Leaking roof - No air-conditioning - Having to move villas as first one not up to standards - Wet and Damaged luggage - Unhygienic - Unclean rooms - Mold - Rodent infestation - Loss of water through out the stay - Loss of power through out the stay - Damage to belongings - Stains on the bedding - Sofas smelt horrible Host didn’t respond when we asked for a refund as we had to leave in the middle of the night.

If you like to sleep on yellow stained bed sheets, with rats companions and enjoy having other peoples hair left in the bathroom… this villa is for you! We thought we would spend 5 paradisiacal days in this villa, but it was hard to enjoy our stay. The staff is very nice and helpful (but not sure if they are treated fairly- one of the staff cried when on the phone with the owner); the service offered doesn’t match the expectations for what you paid for. Also, the massages provided by the villa are ok, but we definitely don’t recommend the manicure/pedicure service. The location is good if you want to relax in the villa, as there is not much to do around. Unfortunately, we couldn’t do that since we didn’t want to spend our time there with all the issues above. You can also rent a motorbike, which is good.

I gave 4 stars and not lesser mainly due to the hospitality of the staffs mentioned. The hot water for the shower was excellent. The aircon was cold. The villa is nearby to 2 convenience stores but best to ride a scooter there at night as the wild dogs will chase you. Scooters can be lent to you if you’re only going nearby or for a few minutes. The rental for a day was 100k. The pool is ice cold and gets dirty really easily, we didnt swim for the first night but I decided to clean it myself by pushing the dirt out of the pool into the drain. There were insects in the villa (mosquitoes and ants) so prepare insecticides. Didn’t really bother us that much! There’s only one channel on the TV, we wished there was Netflix 😅 Stove is provided but you have to request for cookware! There’s massage available too! Starts from 180k. The beach is a 6 min walk and it’s a black sand beach! We’re looking forward to our next stay!
