The house is located on a winding dead-end country road with just (6) houses on it. You have my 1.1 acre lot and the asphalt public road to explore. Please don’t wander/explore beyond that. Its all private property. Great hiking at nearby Blue Licks Battlefield Resort State Park. Carlisle (the little town with a big heart) is just 15 minutes away with a grocery store, 2 drug stores, 2 liquor stores and 6 family owned restaurants or, take the short drive to Paris, Cynthiana, Flemingsburg, Mt Sterling or Maysville for exploring shops, galleries, bars (including a Bourbon bar) and restaurants. Lexington 45 minutes - an hour. Cincinnati and hour 30 minutes away.

We're just two minutes from US 68 that takes you to Maysville or Paris/Lexington. Blue Licks. Battlefield Resort State Park has a great Restaurant, KY themed gift shop and Pioneer Museum to visit. Also within a 30 minute drive is Flemingsburg with the Covered Bridge Tour or Cynthiana with the Walking Dead mural and ghost tours in the fall. Not too far off I-75 at exit 113/Paris, KY. The Bourbon Drive in Theatre plays family friends movies (Paris) as does the Rohs Theatre in Cynthiana that sometimes has live plays. Close to horse farms, the Bourbon Trail, Keeneland and the Arc Encounter.
