The location is very nice just across the beach. However the stay is very very basic ( just 4 walls and an AC). Our experience was very bad, the road to the property is very narrow and very difficult for sedans to reach ( without bumping into the sides and bushes). The place is not recommended for family. We were promised a refrigerator but once we reached there was no refrigerator, and the owner assisted with refrigeration for 2 hrs only and then said he has to sleep to he cannot help. Do not get carried away by the other reviews shared , we got fooled and somehow managed to spend the night and leave back home. The location does not have any shops/ restaurants at nearby distance and you can only rely on Zomato. Overall I would never recommend this place to anyone. The only plus point is that the property is opposite the beach.

The location is wonderful. In the midst of lush green land, one can enjoy the view of the beach from the balcony as well. The host is very helpful and warm. The place is a good escape from the hustle and bustle of the city life.

The location and host are awesome. toiletries, towels, basic cutlery, bedsheets were available in the room. AC , fan,geyser, lights were all properly functional. the balcony attached to the room has pleasant view. (only on floor 1 and only 1 room there on floor 1). can view and listen to the sea. beach is 5 minutes walk through the property downside ----> approach road is difficult especially for a big SUV cars. The path has grown shrubs so it shall brush your car. the rooms could have been cleaner also the cutlery. the balcony needs to be cleaner
