I didn't know what sulfur smelled like in my life until now. It smells like rotten eggs mixed with bengay cream. FYI it is not a brief smell as described. As soon as we walked into the apartment that smell smacked us in the face. That smelly water is disgusting and nobody is drinking from that. We stayed there for about a week and the smell was constant. Every time you open the faucet/shower or flush you smell it. Also for anyone booking the downstairs bedroom, you can hear everything the people upstairs are doing. Footsteps, conversations, etc. It's inconvenient that the downstairs apartment thermostat also controls the upstairs apartment. That's just weird. These should be sperated. Lastly the bedroom locks are not that secure. The bedroom lock is not a deadbolt it's more like one of those closet locks that can easily be opened by sliding a credit card through. On the positive side though, Andrew was responsive every time we messaged him and he let us check in a bit earlier.

First of off, no one is drinking this disgusting water. it does not go away like he says it does, in fact it makes the house smell worse than it already did. and then he has the nerve to demand you clean the shower bc of his hard water. nothing like that stench and then being cold. very weird rules on the hearing and air controls. at least all that's listed though unlike the no television, which is just weird. the driveway is nothing like the picture, giant holes, not marked or lit in any way other than a mail box. this place is Airbnb trickery at its finest. places like this put a terrible taste in consumers mouths, never again.

It was very quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable. Love the location. But the hard water was the worst. You could smell it before you saw it. November is chilly an electric fireplace, and a TV can make things cozy.
