Beth is a gracious host. At arrival, she greeted me with open arms and gave me a comprehensive walkthrough. The bedroom was lovely and had ample closet space and dresser space. I was greeted with a welcome gift of some snacks. Clean towels and house rules were provided. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and sizeable. Hot water was never a problem when showering. The kitchen is clean and stocked with plates, cups, and cookware. Her breakfast is amazing and is a very lovely touch. The area is very safe, quiet, and easy to get around in. Beth also gives excellent instructions on how to get around using NYC's transit system. Beth is very easy to get along with and became a good friend to me over the course of my stay. She is a lovely person and one of the few bona fide BnB hosts in the city who truly deserves the title of Superhost. She really went above and beyond. 10/10 stay. I look forward to returning again soon. Thank you again, Beth :)

I’ve stayed with Beth on a number of occasions but this was my first time in the orange room and Wow I LOVE this room ! Warm and cosy like relaxing in the sunshine. :D What a fantastic nights sleep ! Grateful to Beth for her hospitality good conversation and happy disposition. Comfortable quiet home and great breakfast in the morning is a plus!! And attention from her lovable friendly cats doesn’t cost you extra :).

10min walk to Q, 55min to the city. Beth was nice. Cats tend to get on everything. Good stay if you’re low maintenance.

Beth’s place was a great “value for money” choice to visit Brooklyn and New York City. Everything was accordingly to the Ad, Beth gives great tips concerning the whereabouts and good local experiences. Having a daily breakfast was also great, to ensure each day started well and with a great mood !!!
