My wife and I were looking for a place where we could watch our new granddaughter a few days a week for a couple of months while my daughter and son in law were at work. This place was perfect. Very comfortable, cozy and clean. It is also located next to everything. Stores, restaurants, movie theater and downtown. Ryan and Miranda were great hosts and we had great communications. We will defiantly stay here again if needed and available!

I had an excellent 6 week stay. Ryan and Miranda were very friendly and welcoming. The bathroom had cleaning supplies and the shower water got hot fast. The bed was clean and comfortable with lots of good pillows. The Roku TV was awesome to stream videos from my phone. Thank you Ryan and Miranda for the awesome stay, it saved me tons of time and lost sleep by eliminating a 60+ mile commute for my clinical rotation.

I cannot say thank you enough to these incredible hosts. The only reason I didn’t stay longer is because someone else booked them up before I could! The place is far better than what it looks like in the pictures. Super private, safe, and clean. Ask Ryan and Miranda about their fresh home-grown tomatoes and eggs! They even provided me a bicycle to ride around town, AND they made me a big dinner after I came home later from a rough shift. Anything I needed, they were responsive and caring. 100% would stay again!

Best neighborhood in Modesto! The host is very accomodating and helpful, the place is perfect for both short or long term stay. A definite 5 star accommodation and one of the most outstanding host ever!

I’m a travel nurse and booked Ryan & Miranda’s place during my contract. The place is just like the listing states - a small studio perfect for one person or a couple. Nothing more as it will get crowded. The host was very pleasant and only a text away. We are so grateful they treated us so kindly. On day one we had farm fresh eggs waiting for us. And on numerous occasions they checked in on us making sure our stay was going okay. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Conveniently located near the hospital, shopping, and restaurants.
