What a lovely place to stay! Spent a week early April, a brilliant base for exploring the West of the island (car esential!) The villa is more spacious than the photos suggest and modern and very clean. Well appointed kitchen and a lovely stock of food and drink to get us started. Bedrooms are comfortable and appreciated the black out blinds! Bathroom was very clean and had a decent shower. All linen, towels (and bathrobes!) were plentiful and nice quality. The outdoor space is INCREDIBLE, Lush pool (we got it heated). Swam in the day with swallows dipping in for a drink and bats during night swims swooping over you 😁 Outdoor kitchen was great, we did several BBQs. All furniture was comfy and the panoramic views were beautiful. It's very private and peaceful in amazing surroundings ! There are shops within a 15 min drive and Chania 30 mins. Not much is walkable but we had a car and wanted the peace! Maria is lovely, very attentive, friendly and great to communicate with!

Hallo Maria und Familie vielen Dank für die super Zeit in deiner Villa. Alles war perfekt! Unseren 2 Kindern (3 Jahre und 8 Monate) hat es sehr gefallen. Es war sehr sauber und der Pool ist grossartig. Maria ist sehr freundlich Auto ist notwendig Bierbrauerei in der Nähe ist super für feines Essen und gutes Bier sonst Restaurants via TripAdvisor oder Gooogle prüfen danke für alles

We felt very welcomed! The villa, the garden, and the pool are just amazing! The villa has everything needed for a stay. The garden and pool are great to relax. We loved the big table outside to have breakfast, lunch, dinner, and just to sit there to enjoy the beautiful view. The kids loved the pool, they spent most of the day there. As there aren't any direct neighbors, it was very calm and private. Maria and her family are very friendly and kind! They surprised us with some small surprises to try like local Cretan/Greek food, fruits from their garden and others. Maria is very responsive and helped whenever needed. We definitely recommend the villa!

Maria and her family were the most hospitable hosts of any holiday rental we’ve ever stayed in. Incredibly friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The house and gardens are amazing, my favourite thing to do was sit and watch the swallows each evening. The surroundings are stunning and you feel like you’re in your own little oasis. The place is incredibly clean and well looked after and we had everything we needed for our break. I highly recommend this place and I’m sure we’ll be back in the future.

Can’t say enough nice things about Maria and her beautiful home. We spent a portion of our honeymoon here and loved it. The home is in a quiet part of Crete which is exactly what we wanted. Not too far from Chania and very close to some other smaller towns that were great to visit as well. On multiple occasions, we were surprised with food from Maria’s mother in law who lives next door. This place is perfect for couples and families, would highly recommend.
