Nimesh's place is awesome, really clean as well as spacious. It's right by the beach(with a view) which is really peaceful and secluded around time we traveled.

Our stay at this place was just okay. We liked the location and the view. The property is right on the beach. If you are a group of friends wanting to have a time off at beach side property then this is the place. If you are a family with small kids, then this place is unsuitable for you. As this place is more of a hotel rather than a private place which is let out, all kinds of crowd come here and there is a little lack of imposing discipline on the crowd coming in. We had to put up with loud music nuisance by other guests late into the night and the hotel staff could do nothing to control the nuisance. In fact this should not have been allowed in the first place. Personal involvement by property owner is missing to check with the guests on their stay when I compare this with AirBnB location experiences I have had. Pros - beach side location, great view of the sea and setting sun from the balcony, helpful caretaking staff, access to a clean white sand beach. Cons - lack of cleanliness in kitchen (we encountered cockroach and ants, kitchen sink was choked up for entire duration of stay), no descent options for food nearby (difficult to ignore when travelling with kids, the restaurant/canteen at the backyard is strictly average and service time is too high), no discipline imposed on guests to maintain decorum and peace. If you are ok with these inconveniences, you can enjoy your time here.

The accommodation is spacious and right on the beach with a fantastic view of the sea. The chirping of birds adds to the tranquillity of the place. Caretakers are hospitable and the restaurant staff are very obliging.
