Our place is close to Kings Park, City Centre, bus and train station; university (UWA) and hospital (Sir Charles Gairdner hospital). You’ll love our place because of the excellent location, unique ambience, spacious and quiet surroundings; flexible and friendly hosts. Our place is ideal for couples There are 3 things that make our place special: 1) it has lots of character and is set in an enchanting/rambling garden (where you will sometimes find our affectionate cat ‘Kenny’) 2) its location is highly sought after: 3 km to the city centre, buses 100m from your doorstep, a 10 min walk to the nearest train station (which takes you to Perth's most beautiful beach - Cottesloe- in just 20 minutes) , and a five minutes walk to cafes, restaurants, shopping centre and the closest park. 3) The 3rd special thing is that we are helpful and adaptable Our place is ideal for relaxing, especially during (Australian) summer : there is a hammock just outside the studio, a BBQ, and you can have your breakfast outside on the shared patio; We would like to draw your attention to some factors which may make the studio not suited to your needs and/or expectations: 1) only the bedroom upstairs has airconditioning - the living areas upstairs and downstairs have ceiling fans only 2) the bathroom is very small, with a shower, toilet and vanity with hand basin, 3) our house was built a long time ago, and although it has been renovated - with new kitchen <1 year old - , it is not the same as a new house: there are some cracks in the wall, the paving is not very flat (because the roots of the big trees in our garden are pushing up the pavers), so the walls and floors look a bit crooked in some places. we are hoping to attract guests who will regard these quirks as endearing rather than as deficits.
