We spent 5 days in Jose's apartment. Jose was a good host, communication was excellent. These apartments are convenient for long-term bookings. The kitchen is fully equipped - there are spices, tea, coffee, oil - everything you might need for cooking, there is an oven and a washing machine. The bathroom is also well equipped and has all the necessary hygiene products. I liked the convenient location. The street is very quiet, there was no noise at night. In general, the apartment is very nice. Maby, some elements of the apartment need a little repair, because they look a little tired. Also, for me, the apartment was not clean enough, I saw someone else's hair on the bathroom floor. In general, the apartments looked clean and comfortable

We spent at Ruzafa 5 days in February. Jose was very open and extremely kind. He explained us everything and we stayed in touch through whole stay. Apartment is located in beautiful area, where lots of restaurants and shops are available. It is perfect place to visit different areas of beautiful Valencia. We actually went by walk on the seaside, marina, and we did sightsee of all must-see attractions. Apartment is very nice and clean. It has very good vibe. Thank you, Jose, for a very very nice stay!
