Nathan’s was very communicative before and during our stay. The place was easy to access, and the designated parking spot made it easy to come and as we pleased. The apartment was clean and it had everything we needed and wanted.

Nathan’s place was great! It was perfect for our little weekend getaway. The neighborhood was super quiet, easy to explore, and convenient to the rest of Seattle. Private parking was great, and all around a great place to stay. Thanks Nathan! As a bonus, there is a cool Star Wars themed coffee shop (The Outer Rim) right around the corner. Their coffee was yummy, and they were super friendly.

Great host and we will be back! But the black pullout sofa needs to be replaced and they mentioned that they would be doing that after our departure (December 2023). Upon news of hearing this, they were kind enough to give me a partial refund and were always very responsive. The location is awesome and great for family gatherings on Magnolia. For little kids, there is a train yard where they can watch the diesels and be amazed by big trains. There is also a park very close to their spot. Regarding parking: the parking spot makes it so easy especially because you don’t have to fight for street parking. We had no issues with the garage door that I saw in earlier reviews, and it was a very quiet place. Make sure to bring blankets for the pullout sofa though (if you have two sleeping on it), I couldn’t find any blankets for the sofa, but my brother lives 3 minutes away so it was only a minor issue as I was able to retrieve some. Very clean spot and very good host!
