A great place to stay! I highly recommend staying at Maurice's he's a very friendly host, the place is super clean, with notable bathroom and shower facilities. The host makes things very easy as they are clearly outlined and straightforward (especially helpful if you are only speak English). The photos represent the spaces fairly well. There are shared spaces that are bright and open, there are two beautiful outdoor terraces to enjoy and if you are lucky you'll meet some other great visitors. Privacy and personal space is also respected if you just want to keep to yourself. Booking for me was so easy even though I was last minute, so don't wait this place is highly sought after. Getting access via app made it so easy upon arrival to get settled. He offers Wi Fi, which of course always a great thing. Be ready for some serious stairs as you will find anywhere in the Netherlands. You can also do laundry more reason to pack light. Accommodations in the Netherlands in general is expensive, the benefit of this place is just a hop skip and a jump from the Utrecht Central station, making travel anywhere easy by train, its less than an 1/2 hour to most of the great cities around. The city of Utrecht itself has a lot of history and is a beautiful place to visit and walk around.
