This was a great place for us to stay with a one-year-old. The larger bedroom provided a quiet place for baby to sleep while we hung out in the living room. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. We were there in December and it was comfortably warm. Plenty of space for four adults + baby. Check-in and check-out were easy. Mindy gave very clear instructions for both. The kitchenette is small but fairly well-equipped for a simple meal. I wouldn't expect to cook anything much beyond scrambled eggs here, as the hot plate doesn't sustain heat with both burners on and the prep area is limited.

Quaint and Rustic, there was plenty of room to relax between visitors with my family who live locally. Way better than camping, but definitely not a hotel -- which for me is a selling point. Cute pond, and a million stars at night in their field...

Mindy was extremely kind! It’s in a great spot, very close to downtown East Hampton, Amherst, and Deerfield, where you can get up to loads of fun. Nice spot, happy to have discovered it.
