super Unterkunft, ideal für grössere Familien oder Mehr-Generations Familien. Wir waren 2 Familien inkl der Grosseltern und das Haus hat sich bestens dafür geeignet. Ausserdem ist die Lage super, 1 Busstation oder 10mind zu Fuss zur Skipiste. Gerne wieder!

The property was exceptional! Newly renovated, spotlessly clean, perfectly located and extremely well equipped. We could not have wished for more. The basement bathroom was particularly special with a jacuzzi bath and steam room! The kitchen had everything you could want and more. We were a group of adult family plus my 17 month old daughter. There was a lovely cot with beautiful bedding provided for her plus high chair and plates etc. Some of our party have been visiting Arosa for over 50 years (always staying at the kulm) and felt instantly at home and happy at flöka-Hus. Yuliya was so helpful and attentive and responded to messages very quickly. Lovely personal touches such as welcome chocolates, robes and hand written notes. It was like staying in a 5 star hotel but with the privacy and comfort of your own home. I cannot recommend Flöka Hus highly enough and really hope to return in the future! Thank you so much.
