We stayed at Jack’s AirBNB with some friends from college and some of their young children. The house was amazing—beautiful, great location, well-stocked, and very kid friendly. The house is close to the downtown restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, and bakeries, and is really close to the beach access. Jack was a great host who responded promptly to all messages. Even though we had multiple couples in the house, we never felt like we lacked for space or privacy. We will definitely be back!

The house was laid out well for our two families - each family had a floor of the house. Walkable to everything - ice cream, restaurants, park, and of course the beach. The house was clean upon arrival, with the exception of a full kitchen trash can, but that was no big deal. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and eating and playing cards at the big dining room table. Mattresses were pretty firm memory foam which I felt comfortable but not all would. Linens being provided was a big plus. Lots of beach stuff was available in the shed too - chairs and umbrellas, sand toys, and two carts for shlepping. Kitchen was well stocked. Overall we had a great first vacation in CC and really enjoyed Jack’s house.

This is the best location we’ve stayed in Cape Charles. It’s nicely updated and has plenty of space for everyone. We had some minor home issues that Jack was responsive on responding to. He was easy to reach and friendly. The house is fully equipped in the kitchen and has beach chairs and towels. The outside shower was very helpful.
