Beautiful vintage house on Lake Winnipesaukee. Plenty of space for everyone with an old fashioned charm that you don't get with newer houses. Excellent dock, raft, beach, deck, and porch. Very convenient to Wolfeboro by car or boat. Nice quiet spot on Winter Harbor to boat or kayak which is protected from the Broads.

A lovely, big, classic lake house set beautifully above the water, with a fine view and great private swimming, a big dining room, roomy screen porch and a large deck. That being said, the house is old with a great deal of deferred maintenance, such as poor water pressure and a non-working oven, that makes for a very rustic experience. We found our AirBnB host to be less than welcoming. Upon arrival, she was late in sending the key code. We notified her that the informational binder was missing, but it never was found or replaced, and so we lacked answers about, among other things, the potability of the water and the status of the four security cameras. Only when one of the owners (not the host) promptly came by, in response to a leaking roof and insect problem, did we learn that we were missing many supplies. The owner later delivered them and was kindly attentive. Though the lake view and frontage are outstanding, we will not stay here again.

Beautiful place on the lake. The dock was perfect for my pontoon. Peaceful, quite and great views!

It was an amazing house in an amazing place! Unfortunately, the host is trying to charge us for damages that we didn’t do to the tune of $8,000 including a $1000 event fee. Take a walk through video as you leave the house so you can prove you didn’t do these things. We are curious if she does this to all her guests. She also was very strict about where the cars are parked in the driveway but we do not know the reason why.
