I purchased this breathtaking condo this year. I am rarely in LA, so I am making it available! When I walked into this condo, I had to have it. It so bright and airy - the sun pours in. The view from the balcony is like nothing I have ever seen. You can literally see the entire Downtown LA skyline. It condo is big, and one major wall slides right open, so it can be as private or open as you like. It's really fresh, clean and beautiful. I love it so much. The condo is located in the Park Wellington building - which is one of the most sought after buildings in West Hollywood. It's a full resort with tennis court, pool, jacuzzi, full gym (as in, it has everything!!) and full-time concierge. Not to mention, the location!! At the top of our street is the Sunset Strip (the good end), where Chin Chin is located, and all the top boutiques, cafe's and restaurants. It's a huge celebrity hang out, and this area is stunning.
