The condo is in a great location and the hosts are helpful, responsive and accommodating. Kitchen is very nice and fairly well supplied. Good appliances and useful island. Nice Laundry area. Living room spacious with great TV. Main bedroom is fine, nice TV, and has a big closet with plenty of hangers! Beautiful canal view. Covered parking which was nice. The neighbors are friendly. Nice pool area. The second bedroom is small but that is typical Florida 2/2 but the description should note it has a murphy bed. We really did not use it but for an occasional visitor so not a real issue for us but it would have been nice to know what to expect. Supplied linens were just so-so - fortunately we brought our own. The overly detailed inventory listing was a bit off-putting at first but in the hosts defense maybe they have had bad renters who take stuff. However, the detailed instructions about everything was greatly appreciated. I do recommend this condo and I would rent again.

The property was great! Very spacious and clean close to many restaurants and bars. Right on the water to the back for boat parking, and in the front a large beautiful park and the river. We very much enjoyed staying here and hope to stay again! Doug’s communication was excellent and he was always available if needed!

Beautiful condo + perfect location! Fabulous host + great communication! Home away from home- while waiting on new home to be built. Will definitely keep in mind for when friends + family come to visit!

This place is amazing! It is right on a large canal with a tarpon and family of sting rays. The sunsets are gorgeous. It’s right over the Cape Coral Bridge-close to Ft Myers. Walking distance to great restaurants. The space itself is wonderful-great kitchen, spacious, well decorated. Highly recommend!
