The apartment is 100m2 and includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances. From the living room you get to the beautiful terrace, which is equipped with two sitting sets and barbecue, and offers an unbelievable view of the place and the sea. Next to the terrace is a private infinity pool which you can enjoy undisturbed with your family and friends.

La vista è ininterrotta a centottanta gradi sul mare, siamo rimasti incantati dal primo minuto trascorso in questo bell’appartamento che è moderno e ben attrezzato con tutto il necessario anche per cucinare come a casa propria. Difficile muoversi da questa casa con la comodità della piscina, anche se il bagno nel mare cristallino di Krk è imbattibile! In paese ci sono tutti i negozi essenziali, ristoranti e pizzerie, l’isola è piena di baie e spiagge per tutti i gusti. Sconsigliato a chi ha limiti motori e a bambini piccoli per la presenza di scale e per la ripida salita dal centro di Vrbnik, automobile consigliata. Comunicazione precisa e puntuale, estrema cortesia e ospitalità ineccepibile.
Absolute Traumlage mit super Blick auf Altstadt und Meer. Der Pool ist wirklich privat und nur für diese Wohnung im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Im 1. und 2. OG sind insgesamt noch 4 weitere Wohnungen aber man hat trotzdem sehr viel Privatsphäre. Das Haus liegt am Hang und der Weg aus dem Dorf ist Recht steil. Mit Auto kein Problem. Zu Fuss allerdings schweisstreibend. Ivica ist ein Agent der die Vermietung für den Eigentümer macht. Kommunikation mit beiden war sehr gut
We had an amazing week. The apartment was perfect and the views from the terrace were stunning. The owner was very friendly and helpful, bringing us fresh towels after a few days. We unfortunately had to leave a day earlier than planned, but this was no problem with the owners and they were very helpful with instructions of how to check out. We would love to come back next year!!
We had a really nice week, best weather and the panoramic view is stunning. The owner is very friendly and was very quick on responding to our needs. We can recommend the location and will come back soon.
This was a great place to stay. Great view and overall a good place. The communication with the hosts was on point also. The place is still new. Even if it's advertised as 3 bedrooms only 2 were available. And the heaters were not installed yet. For us that was a little bit difficult to deal with because the place was cold even with the portable heaters that they brought. That's why I gave the place only 4 stars. Overall was a good experience, the apartment is very clean , and the host went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. Would I return to this apartment? YES! Once this place is completely finished will be the perfect holiday apartment!! Family/pet friendly, awesome location and awesome pool. Thank you for having us

The island of Krk is the largest island on the Adriatic, and is full of attractions that will take your attention, only 5-15 minutes by car to all locations. Highway and airport are also nearby. Krk town has beautiful old churches, ancient city walls, towers and the remains of ancient Romans. The city of Vrbnik is known for its vineyards and excellent wines, Punat with the largest marina on the Adriatic and island Košljun with the famous Franciscan monastery with a museum. Baska has one of the largest sandy beaches and an aquarium, bay Soline with healthy mud and Biserujka cave. In all these places there are many restaurants where you can taste fresh fish, wine and other specialties. You can swim with dolphins, make a trip with fishing or tourist boats or even with a submarine (the city of Krk) .
