This place is very much worth it! We normally camp when we travel, but this place made us feel at home and gave us a well earned rest each night after we went sailing all week. Great place to stay and chill. Would definitely come back and stay when in Canberra and recommend to family and friends.

Our second stay with Yvonne. This time for a week during the Christmas holidays. Location, inner south Canberra close to everything, just around the corner from our adult children and grandkids. It was nice to have our own space. Would stay again. Thank you Yvonne.

We had a comfortable Long Weekend stay at Yvonne's place. It is very quiet, being well away from the street, and has a peaceful, green outlook from the many windows and glass doors. It is very bright and feels like a relaxing home. Yvonne welcomes you with a few basics for food and it is easy to "self-cater" in the flat. There is a range of good quality books to read. The bed was very comfortable. It is lovely to have space to move around (unlike in a hotel room). The flat is close to Manuka and a relative tells me that Red Hill shops are improving as well (a great independent grocery and a nice cafe). It's only a short drive from the National Gallery of Australia, the National Portrait Gallery & the Library. The National Museum of Australia and the Arboretum are also easy to get to by car. We didn't need heating or cooling, but there is reverse cycle air conditioning should you need it. There are mesh-screened windows that wind open for fresh air. We would happily stay there again.

My goodness this place way outdone my expectations! First thing i have to say is the SHOWER was actually the most incredible shower i have ever had. Super hot super powerful, just delightful! The place was spectacular in every way, 10 out of 10 all day. But to top everything else off about this pace, nothing beats the shower, but the fesh bottle of milk in the fridge just added that extra level of OMG, this pace is perfect! Seriously, i never write such big reviews, but this place was Awesome! Thank you so much...
