Great location on cul-de-sac and across from the beach. Beach access and community pool are close. Very good kitchen and bathrooms. Exterior furniture and beach items need attention.
This is a wonderful place. We had very good ocean views with only a short walk to the beach and the neighborhood is nice for walking too. The duplex neighbors are great. Matthew responds quick to any questions and is very personable. We stayed for a month, so had plenty of time to see that this is a wonderful place, with a great owner, in a beautiful location. We would not hesitate to return.
Great property for our New Years get-a-way. Matthew was great to deal with and the place was perfect. Great views and an exceptionally eqipped kitchen!
Wonderful stay during the holidays. Found the Airbnb to be more than expected. Kitchen so well stocked with everything from crock pots to holiday platters. Spacious and clean. Two balconies to sit on and enjoy the view of the ocean. Short walk to the beach. Shopping areas close and diner type restaurants close by. Communications with the host was very good. Our family loved our week at Jolly Sixpence.
I will definitely consider booking again.

I am a retired software engineer who enjoys traveling to anywhere tropical and who is still madly in love with his wife of 20+ years. We have three grown children and have been enjoying our newfound freedom since our youngest child left the nest a couple of years ago. We enjoy sharing our homes in Emerald Isle, NC, Hilton Head Island, SC and Key West, FL with people who, like us, have a great appreciation for those locales and who treat our homes with respect.
