very good place

It was our 2nd time visiting Boracay and Elena’s place made our trip more unforgettable. The place is very clean and felt secured. Our caretaker, Romel, was a very dedicated person that although we asked him to set a birthday surprise(cake, balloons and others) for one of our group members in a last minute, we were amazed what he did for us. Of course he was always helpful for other things as well. Only thing is that even though a free shuttle is mentioned in the description of this villa, they no longer does it for free and it takes about 300 pesos per way to D-mall which is still reasonable. Thank you again for welcoming us hope to visit this villa again!

Elena's villa is a hidden treasure in an area that you simply wouldn't expect to find it. It was ideal for our family as it offered everything we were looking for, all within a 15 minute E-Trike ride from white beach. All of the rooms are extremly large, comfortable and clean as is the whole villa to be honest. It is gated so everything is secure with a full time guard, the place was cleaned and they were able to cater to our requests. Overall, a 10/10 for sure. Nonetheless, we loved it. Thanks Steve

The place is good, great staff very helpful al the time, they are the best. Elena’s communication was terrible 👎. She offer a package for transportation from airport to the villa for $4000 pesos per person (it only cost $900). I said no thanks and immediately she stop texting me back. It’s my worst experience in airbnb (communication). Also, the staff ask me for $5000 caddy deposit. I texted Elena to ask why? But of course she didn’t reply back. I’m not even sure is cash deposit it’s legal using Airbnb. Again, good place with terrible hostess.

One Hagdan was a beautiful property with amazing views of Boracay. The staff was very accommodating and attentive to our needs.
