This is a lovely cottage, located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Accessibility to a nice back yard with a grill and sitting area. The landscaping is well done and with spring starting upon our arrival it was a joy to witness all the blooms and scents. Easy access to Lancaster, Millersville and Mountville. I would definitely return as we frequent the Lancaster area. David is a gracious host. Thank You !!

We enjoyed our stay. It was exactly as described in the listing. The only extra thing I found which was not listed was a Keurig coffee machine which was a plus! I brought my own with me thinking there was none, but pleasantly surprised when there was one. The place was well stocked with everything you can think of. I appreciated that David and Jim let us check in one hour early and was also appreciative that we were able to bring our dog. She enjoyed the backyard and the nearby Beau’s Dream Dog Park In Buchanan park. If ever in Lancaster again, I would love to be able to stay at David and Jim’s place again.

We were in town to visit family and this was a great place to just hang out and relax. We’ve come here several times and it has never disappointed. Plus our dog loves it too!

Everything about the cottage is perfect! The location is lovely and peaceful. The exterior of the property is perfectly landscaped with a wonderful back patio to enjoy a nice cup of coffee. The interior is very clean, spacious, inviting and nicely decorated. The bedding and beds are very comfortable. However, the best part is the hosts. David & Jim are wonderful! They went above and beyond to help to provide a very special welcome to my mom who was celebrating her 84th birthday. Do not hesitate to book a stay here. you will not be disappointed!
