I stayed here for a month, and loved it so much that i rented the exact same apartment in the building, on another floor (this one was already booked). the hostess was super nice, super responsive, and helped me with everything. lovely neighborhood, great bars and restaurants, and really peaceful and beautiful . the building has a great pool and a gym, with helpful staff. 10 out of 10!

위치도 번화가라 편하고 출입 보완이 좋아서 안전하게 지낼수 있었어요. 수영장도 관리가 잘되어 깨끗하고 전반적으로 건물이 깨끗해요. 호스트의 응대도 빠르고 친절해서 6주를 편하게 보냈어요. 단, 환기를 위한 방충망이 있었으면 하는 바램과 화장실 환풍기소리가 좀 큽니다. 화장실이 안쪽이라 욕실 물이 잘 안말라서 계속 틀어놓고 싶은데 시끄러워서 못틀어놔요. 다른 부분은 모두 만족스러웠습니다!

Perfect location slightly off of Soi 5 in Nimman area. 10 m to 7 Eleven in one direction and 500 m to Maya Mall and One Nimman in the other direction. Perfect 3rd floor end unit - very comfortable and quite and like new. Pool and gym on main condo level is perfect and never busy. 5 minute tut tut ride to Old City. Looking forward to returning for another month(s) long stay.

This apartment is very conveniently in the heart of Nimman. The building has a pool and a gym. The apartment is very clean and has all you need. I would recommend it for 1 person. Two persons also possible but a bit small for longer stays. Big plus is also the Mountain View through the kitchen window.

The condo is new, and spotless. It is quite small. The internet is very fast and the TV is a good quality model. The pool is very cold, but I found it a great way to cool down after a day out. The gym is reasonably well equipped and all common areas ares kept spotlessly clean. The location is excellent with many restaurants, coffee sops and stores within easy walking distance. We felt completely secure at all times in Nimman and in the building itself. Get a Grab taxi account and all of Chiang Mai is available to you at a low cost. I recommend this condo, and Nimman is perfect for first time visitors to Thailand.
