The Studio is located on the 3rd floor (No elevator) of a beautiful Artdeco House, recently remodeled and redecorated, located on Tarata Street, 2 blocks from Kennedy Park and 6 to Pacific Ocean and Larcomar Mall (IT IS A 5 STAR PRIME LOCATION), They have WIFI Internet, cable TV, 32' LED TV, and hot water. It also has sheets and towels. It is completely independent, it is not a family home. The price includes: Water, Electricity, Internet, Taxes, Direct TV and cleaning of common areas. guest access This room is for a maximum of two people. Friendly host. I return to Peru after 25 years (living 17 years in the USA and 8 in Panama) I am a jewelry designer "Sea Glass" (ocean tumbled). A mi me tocó el estudio 9 , el cual está ubicado en un tercer piso que es azotea sin techo, es un lugar prefabricado de drywall de difícil acceso (escaleras súper angostas), no se tiene privacidad, sumamente ruidoso y por el material de la habitación súper frío ,por mi parte no aguante ni 2 horas en el lugar ojalá me devuelvan el dinero , si bien es cierto está bien distribuido el tema de la privacidad , el ruido,el frío y el difícil acceso hacen de la estancia en ese lugar un total fiasco!!!! La casa es una casa antigua tiene más estudios los cuales no podría decir si son de las mismas condiciones que el estudio “9” el cual en tocó a mi.
Emplacement pratique. La salle de bain est très petite mais il y a l'eau chaude,c'est tout ce qu'on demande :). Prévoir un masque de nuit si vous avez du mal à dormir avec la lumière car les stores ne sont pas occultant. Les instructions pour rentrer étaient claires.
