It is integrated into the Beach Class Convention By HÔM, with the entire gym and pool structure at your disposal. he master bedroom offers comfort and privacy necessary for the couple to feel at ease. All rooms have a beautiful view of Boa Viagem and over 1000 acres of natural mangroves to its left. The master bedroom has A/C, cable TV and bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with an elegant work desk and a comfortable chair. It also has A/C and cable TV. The kitchen opens up to the dining room, providing an appropriate space for the family to interact while enjoying good food and conversation. The business traveler can also host guests for a more personable dinner, enjoying a homemade meal and wine. The cozy living room with a two-person sofa bed is equipped with Smart TV with access to Netflix and cable TV.

Apartamente com boa localização e com espaço para trabalho remoto: cadeira/mesa/wifi. Baseado na experiência de estádia de mais de 10 dias, sugerimos a melhoria na limpeza da cozinha, há panelas com ferrugem e a iluminação da cozinha e banheiro pois a noite fica bem escuro esses ambientes. Em relação checkin e espaço do hotel foi tudo ok.
Overall stay was good. Location is great and helpful to have room service despite food being average. There were a few headaches with dirty shower heads, key card not working and having to be validated at reception multiple times, reception staff turning away a visitor while I was at the apartment, hot water being shut off due to maintenance, etc. On a positive note, host replied quickly and was able to provide a table fan for the living room as it was very hot before that.
O flat tem um bom custo-benefício. Os quartos tem camas confortáveis e espaço para home office. A comunicação com Maurílio foi muito boa.

We are close to the airport and we are the best location base for those who want to take a break in Porto de Galinhas, one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil, or visit Recife Antigo, famous for its museums, the first Synagogue of the Americas. It is a rich space of culture, art and leisure. Walking through Old Recife is a unique experience because you will be treading on 500 years of history.

Our family is composed of three sons, daughters-in-law and son-in-law and three grandchildren... so far! We consider our travels an intense way of living together and learning from other cultures, other peoples. As hosts we started with a flat from our property and quickly became a Superhost. From then on, demands were made from other owners and we decided to create our rental management company, Hosting Season, an Airbnb partner that now manages more than a dozen properties. Maurilio is its Chief Operating Officer. Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, we welcome your family and we will do our best to make your stay a unique experience.
