Unser Aufenthalt bei Sophie war sehr schön. Sie war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin - herzlich und stets erreichbar. Das Haus war blitzsauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (zB auch Waschmaschine). Auch das Wi-Fi funktionierte gut. Für unsere kleine Tochter hat sie einen Hochstuhl und ein Reisebett bereitgestellt. Parken kann man direkt kostenlos vor der Türe. Trotzdessen, dass man direkt an der Kirche wohnt, läutet diese nicht und man kann friedlich schlafen ;). Den Garten teilt man sich mit der angrenzenden Wohnung (auch von Sophie). Wir hatten ihn allerdings für uns allein. Wir können auch die Führung durch Sophies Weinberg/Keller empfehlen. Sehr informativ und genussreich. Sie spricht sehr gut deutsch und englisch! Generell gelangt man von der Unterkunft unkompliziert nach Reims (30 min), Épernay (40min) und Paris (1,5h). Danke Sophie für den schönen Aufenthalt und deine Klavierkünste :)

Charming old country house with a very punctual owner. Comfortable beds, clean, nice garden included. Location of the very quiet village seemed a bit in the periphery of the Champaign region.

We had a wonderful stay in Sophies house which was very comfortable in a beautiful tranquil setting. She was wonderfully hospitable and we chose to also do one of her champagne tours which was the highlight of our visit! The only thing to note (and not a criticism) is that the location of the bathrooms (one on the lower ground floor with the shower and one on the upper floor with a small sitting bath) makes it a tricky choice if one of your party has mobility difficulties.

Sophie was an amazing host and the house is so lovely! The perfect place to both relax and also explore the beautiful region. Proactive ahead of our arrival and great communication throughout. Helpful with advice on things to do - especially as we stayed with our young son. Thank you Sophie!
