A completely enjoyable experience. Everything you could possible want is in the neighborhood:a variety of food and wine shops ,groceries, Monoprix, pharmacies, bank machines, 3 Metro stations, a well-stocked bookstore, a taxi stand, shoe repair, two of the best chocolatiers and two of the best patisseries in Paris. Three butchers, two fish stores... A wide variety of restaurants. All within a radius of about 10 blocks. Two fabulous parks nearby, Parc Monceau and Square Batignole. The apartment is beautifully designed and has everything you could need. We were there in cold weather and the heat was perfect. The bed is large and comfortable, the water is hot, and the shower is great. Thanks, Jean. We'll be back!

I absolutely LOVED staying in this wonderful appartment. I felt very at home and Jean is a wonderful host. I highly recommend this place and i would love to come back to it! I already miss it…

Jean’s apartment is even better than expected—if that is possible. There isn’t one thing we would have changed. We are a couple “of a certain age” which means our pace has slowed but responsibilities haven’t. The apartment made all that possible. The accommodations became a highlight of our month-long stay as we accessed everything around us so easily. The convenience of the neighborhood for shopping and dining, privacy of the building, the workspace for computers and equipment, nearby Metro’s, a convenient lift, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable bed, fantastic shower, two-week cleaning service by wonderful Fatima, and the spacious living space provided what we consider our best Paris visit ever—and there have been many. We feel blessed to have found this gem in the 17th.
