This stunning home is located in one of the most historic & whimsical areas of St. John's, known as The Battery. Every window has awe-inspiring views that bathe the space in lots of natural light. Each of the 3 beds (1 is a futon in loft) has an ensuite bathroom (with in-floor heating), which is great for larger groups. You won't want to leave this magical place. Upon arrival, you will have the choice of street parking or use of the one car gravel driveway. There is a set of stairs leading to the verandah where you can use two entrance points. As you enter the side entrance where the code lock is, you are greeted by a small entryway/laundry room, as well as a half bathroom. Continue on and you will enter the open concept kitchen, dining, and living space. The kitchen is spacious, and fully equipped with everything you may need for a basic meal. Just off the kitchen is a dining area for six. The living area features a wide selection of books, and flat screen TV. There is a second dining area for six just beyond the living room. You will love the floor to ceiling windows that wrap the living area, giving you one of the best views St. John's has to offer of the mouth of the harbour, the harbour, the Battery, and Downtown St. John's! Also on the main level are two queen bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. One which has a standup shower and one with a tub/shower combination. Climb the spiral staircase to be taken to the loft. This loft boasts more incredible views from the wrap-around floor to ceiling windows. There is a sofa bed and full bathroom on this level as well. There are two area for enjoying the outdoors - both levels of the home have large patios!
