We offer a 5-star clean environment that includes fogging between guests and all bedding changed. Cottages are tucked in a wooded area off the main road giving you a feeling of camping without the tent! With plenty of space between each cottage you have privacy even if traveling with others. Each cottage includes a fire ring, charcoal grill and covered porch to relax on. There are 3 cottages, the chalet & our NEW Sunset Lodge all located on our 40 acres. Book your team with us!

We had a great LDW getaway. Chrissy was very accommodating, even with us making last-minute plans. Old World Farms is an easy find using G-Maps. It's close to Oneonta, Cooperstown, and many nature spaces in the region. The place was clean and exactly as listed. It is a very quiet property despite there being multiple cabins. A great place to stay in the Cooperstown region.
Perfect distance from Cooperstown Dreams Park. Definitely a great place to stay if your looking for something calm and peaceful.

Place was super clean , check in was the easiest I’ve ever had , communication with Chrissy was great ( quick response ) & location was so peaceful & pleasant. Definitely recommend a stay here .

Great location to be outdoors! Only mins away from kayak rentals, fishing access, lake swimming, hiking and biking trails.

I'm super excited to be offering weekly rentals! My past jobs include Disney, spa manager & resort front desk offering the best training in guest services. I have two young boys that keep both my husband and I very busy as we both work full time. This is a new property and we look forward to developing it with more amenities and new post n beam hand carved cabins, hobbit houses and more!
