All the positive reviews are spot on! This place was wonderful, and Laura was a great host. Very helpful and kind. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe here. The bedding was comfortable and everything was very clean. A few recommendations for others: 1. Definitely wait to buy groceries until you’ve checked out what’s at stock in the Airbnb. I didn’t have to buy groceries because of all the goodies Laura provided! 2. If you have an iPhone I suggest using Apple Maps. Google maps kept trying to route me to Fredonia, AZ. Either way, Laura provides very helpful address instructions. 3. Say hi to Michael and the horses and the pups! 4. I didn’t get to explore the private canyon they have on their property :( definitely make sure to do this if time allows. 5. Make sure to take the scenic route and head towards Sand Dunes Road. We absolutely loved our stay. This find is spectacular for folks who love to stay in a small space full of character on a stunning property. You are a drive away from Zion and Bryce National parks that are a must! With those beautiful known views… our favorite part of the stay was still the property itself and the canyon you can walk from the cabin. Laura was super friendly and made us feel at home. She isn’t kidding when she says she leaves many groceries and fresh eggs. We were truly impressed and hope to come again.

Enjoyed our stay. Having all the breakfast items including farm fresh eggs and other amenities. Great location between Zion, Bryce, and Grand Canyon. Really good quiet, quaint, and enjoyable stay.

Wonderful experience staying here for 2 nights. Did Zion and Water Canyon based from here and was excellent
