Paul and Juliana are great hosts! I had a wonderful time spending the beginning of the quarantine period there. I enjoyed a lot the house, it is big and quiet, with a beautiful terrace and garden full of birds. It did not feel like being in Auckland suburb, very relaxing! The amenities are good, large and nice kitchen, excellent bed. Definitely recommend !

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Juliana‘s and Paul‘s place. Both are kind and easygoing, making us feel very welcome at their home. We arrived late at night, which wasn’t a problem for them. Our room was beautiful and clean, and their kitchen is really great for preparing your own meals (oil, spices, fridge, etc. is provided). The bed was comfy and the neighborhood is nice and calm. We took a bus to the mall in Glenfield to buy groceries, which was close and easy. However, there is also an ATM and a small shop in walking distance. We definitely recommend this place :)

The place is beautiful and exactly as listed. The lush garden is great to view while sitting on the veranda. The beach and local stores are in walking distance and public transport is available. Paul and Juliana were very helpful with local tips and getting around. Check-in was easy. The house is clean and lovely. The room holds a queen bed and is pretty filled with it. There is not much extra space for luggage or if you are into doing your yoga practice. There is a small closet. They had their grandkids over when I was there. You can pretty much make yourself at home with fridge and kitchen space and using their living room. Nicely located outside the busy part of Auckland.

Beautiful, relaxing space. It was completely spotless and incredibly quiet and peaceful. The hosts were warm and inviting and shared their dinner with me. Although the house is a bit out of the way it’s super easy and quick to get into the centre on the bus
