Architect designed beach house, about 2 hours south of Sydney, located in the exclusive Benton Sands Estate. Set amidst peaceful scribbly gums and only 150 meters from the white sands of Callala Beach on the Northern side of Jervis Bay. You can enjoy safe swimming for the family, great fishing, and many other activities including windsurfing, bike riding and golf. Included is access to the private, indoor, community pool. The property boasts tranquil colours, modern interiors, a gourmet kitchen, large gas BBQ, washing facilities, two 42 inch Plasma TV alongside keyed access to the community's private pool (covered) and BBQ. The property comprises of an en suite with shower, main bathroom with bath / shower, outdoor shower for after the beach, a large open plan lounge, separate lounge with TV, living, dining and kitchen and a large laundry with washing machine and dryer, perfect for a beach house. The large private deck facing the bush reserve is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing in the afternoon sun. Benton Sands Estate is an ecologically designed community with beautiful surrounds of scribbly gums and ghost gums. Once within the estate it is 150 meters to the magnificent white sands of Callala Beach. Easy access via duck boards through pristine natural bushland. Enjoy the prolific native bird life including rosellas, kookaburras and king parrots. The estate has very little traffic, the streets are suitable for strolling and bike riding. The local area boasts a 9-hole golf course, bowling green, skate ramp, Callala Bay boat ramp and sailing club. While the restaurants, dolphin cruises and tourist attractions of Vincentia and Huskisson are less than half an hour away by car. Callala Bay shops are only 2 mins by car, with a newsagent, butcher, baker, bottle shop and cafe. If you dont book the linen service, then you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. There are pillows, blankets and quilts with covers on the beds. BYO beach towels. Property Specific Notes: Pets are welcome at this property. Sorry no cats allowed. There is a surcharge of 100 AUD to have your pet stay. Please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets. Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge issues will be dealt with asap but cannot be guaranteed. To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort. Notes Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Information tab on our website or a link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy. Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. NSW Planning has passed laws that affect guests. The Code of Conduct for holiday renting can be found on our website under the Guest Information tab. In Section 2.5.2 of the STR Code of Conduct, guests have an obligation to ensure the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises (if strata) near holiday rental properties. This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited. This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks. Our standard check-in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am. We can offer you a complimentary early check-in or late check out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Please call our team to request this prior to your arrival. Please note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check ins or late check outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure a later check out or early check in is to book the property for an extra night, please contact us to see if we can offer a special rate for this extra night. Please note that Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening of that week. Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message. Information during your stay can be found in the Guest Information Folder or by calling our office 24/7. For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure. If we had more properties in our management portfolio we could easily get them booked. Demand is high and supply just can’t keep up. the house is fairly good , very nice area n quiet location . Rooms was ok but the room light was not bright and remote battery for the light was not working in one of the room . Bathroom door was no internal lock, washing machine and dryer are old . Not sure the dryer is working or not .The toilet downstair after flushing , sometime it is still running with water . Remote for the a/c was nearly out of battery, most doors and windows seems to be locked . Windows roller blinds dont have privacy control as they only roll up or down

Great location with only a short walk to the beach and communal pool. House was big enough for two families to stay comfortably. However house needed maintenance and the cleanliness wasn't up to scratch. Found pet hair on the upstair carpet, snot on the mattress protector and dirty floors that left my daughters feet black after walking inside barefoot for only an hour. Reached out to the owners to address these issues and they sent a cleaner without conforming with us. I then asked for the cleaner to be cancelled as the children were asleep and they still sent them. I addressed these issues as the house should have been cleaned before our stay, not during our stay and interrupting it. Bit disappointing as other than this we enjoyed our stay.

Somewhat dated residence. Basic furnishings no WiFi 7 minute walk to the beach. Pool is communal and not on site. Outdoor area not great for entertaining.

The house is in a lovely and quiet location but it needs a lot of TLC. For the nightly rate we paid we don’t feel we got value for money unfortunately. While we are absolutely fine with basic accommodation we were disappointed in the unkept garden and backyard, the various items that were broken and the lack of cleanliness…for the rate we paid. We do appreciate the holiday letting managers accommodating our booking just a few days before and our late check out request but we didn’t make the most of it as we wanted to leave. I really don’t like leaving negative reviews but the AirBnB community needs to be honest and we more than not give great reviews of where we stay. With some TLC, a deep clean and a slight drop in rate this place would be great too.

Well located within walking distance of beautiful beaches. The local bowling club had a courtesy bus servicing the location, a good option for meals out. The property had most things you would expect in a holiday home as far as basic amenities go. One thing lacking was a decent outdoor space where you could sit and relax. The yard is seemingly not maintained (overgrown foliage, spider webs, etc) so if outdoor space is important to you, bear this in mind. Also, the home had no eaves and no proper doormats, which was an issue when it rained. We did not think that the holiday home represented great value for money.
