Great place very quiet in a country setting but close enough to get to restaurants and fun activities. House was really clean and easy to find.

If you’re looking for something small, cozy and detached on a beautiful, semi-secluded, pet-friendly property that’s only minutes away from town then this place is for you. The host is very communicative and provides you with all of the info needed for a smooth check in. Everything was clean upon arrival and the decorated space was very welcoming with plenty of amenities. They had a good stack of magazines and pamphlets with recommendations on things to do in AR. There are 2 beautiful dogs on the property that stay off leash but they use the invisible fence so they only bark at you from afar, which was not an issue for us at all as we kept our dog on a leash. I highly recommend this airbnb and would definitely consider staying here again the next time I’m in town!

I have stayed with Julie multiple times. She is a great host, very helpful and responsive! Property is amazing, very peaceful and quiet. The space is clean, well appointed and perfect for my week long stays. I will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful guest house that was perfect for my dog and I. It is a beautiful place, very well stocked and super dog friendly. We loved walking the grounds in the morning and seeing all the deer. I'd definitely stay here again if needing a place in the area.

My husband and I travel once a month and stay in Airbnbs often. This is one of my favorites because it was private and peaceful, gorgeous surroundings and the bedding was lovely. Most places use polyester sheets, but Julie’s bedding was nice cotton - it just showed that she really put care into the details of creating a comfortable and welcoming space. The location was close to lots of amenities in town, too. Definitely recommend!
