Escape to Kionslieu your perfect rural retreat, an ideal central location from which to explore the beautiful Isle of Man. Just a short drive from the airport, ferry terminal & business park Turkeytree is surrounded by fantastic walks & cycle tracks, with lockable bike shed. For each night of your stay you can enjoy a private session in the hot tub spa in our delightful Secret Garden! Turkeytree Cottage set on a sunny south facing courtyard at Kionslieu Farm is the perfect base for your business trip, holiday or short break on the Isle of Man. Sleeping 5 guests in 2 bedrooms with zip and link beds, the cottage can be made up to your requirements. The lounge, dining area and well equipped kitchen are open plan making a sociable space to relax. There's an assortment of board games, books and lots of information about the island as well as a TV with DVD player. There is also good wifi coverage in all cottages. The bathroom has a shower above the bath together with WC and hand basin and there is an extra cloakroom downstairs for your convenience. Please note all cottages are sorry no pets permitted.

This is our first B&B stays . This stays make us to future hunting to stay in B&B. Turkey treetop cottage is very high standard. it’s suitable for all ages. Environment is clean and quit as well. Host Fiona is very helpful and friendly and her Husband Tony as well.if we plan to visit Isle of Man we will surely book the cottage again. we also will recommend our friends and relatives if they plan to visit Isle of Man.

Perfect Base to explore the Isle of Man. Wonderful, central location on Isle. Convenient to everything. Accommodation was clean, spacious and well appointed. Fiona (and family) were welcoming, helpful and easily accessible. No drawbacks for our family of 6. Most highly recommended.

We had an amazing time at Fiona’s farm. It has all the amenities that a family with children need . Playground , goats , horses anda lovely rabbit ! . Our children did not want to leave and they woke up every morning asking for Fiona’s husband as he will take them to the stables to see the horses . We highly recommend Fiona ‘s place and the Isle of Man is a beautiful place ! . It is worth a visit !!

Set on a family run farm in a perfect central location from which to explore the beautiful Isle of Man. 15 minutes drive from the Sea Terminal and Airport & ten minute drive to the delightful sandy beach in Peel.
Just a 5 minute walk down to the village Pub and Local shop and garage.
Kionslieu Farm is a short walk/cycle from 'Archallagan', known as The Forest of a Thousand Trails. Head south to find South Barrule, the highest hill in the south of the Isle of Man. Walk to the summit to see the remains of a fort, traditionally the home of the Manx god of the sea Mannanan beg mac y Leir. Within the forest you'll find fabulous tracks, some more testing than others and also Ape Mann Adventures, Laser Mayhem and the Coffee Cottage with its log fire and tasty cakes.
You can take a short walk to the Kionslieu Lake or head down the railway track to St Johns and on into Peel.

There is parking for one car bedside the cottage, additional cars to be parked on the carpark by the main farmhouse.
Unfortunately we do not have a charging point for electric cars but information regarding public charging points is provided
We’ve a lockable bike shed with charging point for e bikes - bikes must not be taken into cottages.
