BATHROOMS: 1 shower room with a washing machine. 1 separate toilet. KITCHEN: Open-plan kitchen fitted with an electric hob, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and a fridge. OTHER FITTINGS: Wi-Fi, television with French and international channels. MISCELLANEOUS: Ski locker with boot-dryer located across the street from the residence. Pets are not allowed. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce bel appartement. A proximité de tout : à 5 minutes des pistes et remontées mécaniques, en face d’un parking, au-dessus d’une location de ski, du Spar et tout près de la boulangerie. L’appartement est non seulement bien équipé, il est en plus de cela parfaitement meublé et optimisé pour que le séjour soit agréable. La grande baie vitrée du salon offre une vue magnifique et une lumière abondante, ce qui est très appréciable. Seul bémol : le bruit de la boîte de nuit qui peut être gênant. Attention: les frais de ménage sont importants (40€ de l’heure et 3h de ménage soit 120€) il faudrait le préciser dans l’annonce d’autant qu’on paie en plus le kit de drap par personne: des frais supplémentaires qu’on pourrait penser inclus dans le prix initial. Cependant le séjour a été excellent et l’appartement a toutes les qualités requises !
Tres sympha bel appart Bon eequippement
The location is fabulous and the apartment was so well kitted out - it had everything we needed and was perfect for our family of 5. Checkin /checkout was super easy and we loved being so close to the lifts. The only thing that could be seen as a negative is nights can be noisy as close to /almost opposite Dicks T bar. However this was a small price to pay for such a lovely flat and it wouldn’t stop us booking again.
Nice place very central location, only downside can be noise from neighbours and nearby bars and clubs, worth noting that the deposit will be €800 when you arrive as they briefly mentioned a deposit in a message before we arrived wasn’t prepared for it to be that much, overall worth the money we paid
Place location is the best, apartment is real nice , clean and all necessary equipments are available. SuperB ! Really close to slopes. Right in city center! Only what we didn’t like it was even we paid for final cleaning amount, bedroom shits we prepare by ourself , as well we took it off on cheek out.. that’s really pissed us off.

J'ai ouvert une agence immobilière en 1992 au moment des jeux olympiques d'Albertville. Aussi moniteur de ski et passionné de montagne c'est avec grand plaisir que je pourrai vous faire découvrir notre magnifique station.
