Lovely place right on the edge of the new forest, with good walks straight from the front gate. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Beds were comfy, large enclosed garden-perfect for Maisie my Jack Russell. Great shower, large covered area outside perfect for when it was raining we could still get outside. Quiet and peaceful setting. Sarah was always responsive and helpful-even bringing me a usb plug that I forgot! Also allowed us a late check out. Lemon drizzle cake and flowers at check in! Highly recommend

The barn is exactly as described and in a beautiful location. There was everything my mother and I (and the dog!) could have wanted and Sarah had left a lovely cake for our arrival and a lovely vase of flowers on the table. There is a large log burner in the living room and Sarah had left a large basket of wood and kindling, which was extremely useful. The barn has underfloor heating in the living area as well as radiators in the bedrooms, but the log burner tended to heat the whole place in the evenings. Sarah was very communicative and if I had a question, I would text and she would answer straight away. Excellent base for the New Forest and some beautiful walks and great pubs.

A peaceful and beautiful area. The barn was cosy and as described. Sarah is a wonderful host who was very conscientious about making sure everything was ok for us. Recommend this listing.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Brook Barn. The barn has two bedrooms, a combined kitchen, living and dining area and a separate bathroom with a big bath tub and walk in shower. We didn't use the outdoor areas (stayed in February!) But there is an outdoor seating area at the side of the barn under a separate roof and a lovely garden which would all be great to use in the summer months! The barn was the perfect cosy place to come back to after exploring the new forest, light the fire and relax! Sarah is a great host and kindly met us on arrival to show us how to work heating etc. She is friendly and very responsive to messages. Thank you for a lovely stay!
