Spitaki is a comfortable, stylish house in Epanomi, a town located between Thessaloniki and Halkidiki. The home has a relaxing atmosphere with an optimal design for up to 4 people. It’s perfect for families, friends, and anyone who wants a summer escape from daily routine. The unique setting and amenities will make sure you have a great summer vacation in Greece! Spitaki uses the left side (as you enter) of a yards shared with Villa-Zizel, a separate airbnb listing. The owner of both premises is Mrs Maria Saroglou. It has a large space with a well-equipped kitchen (coffee maker, oven & stove, cookware, fridge) and an eating area. In addition, there is a sitting/sleeping area with TV/radio, a double bed, a corner sofa bed, and a single sofa bed. The bathroom (with shower cabin and care products) is attached to the main building and accessed from the outside -an arrangement more convenient for our guests. The house has a beautiful garden, perfectly maintained, with a patio and outdoor furniture. Open the gate and you are at an exclusive, sandy beach! Our visitors also enjoy access to our private parking and free street parking.

The place and the house at the beach are truly astounding! We have had one of the best and most peaceful vacations ever. The sound of the waves, the perfectly managed house’s garden, the tidy guest house and the surroundings are ideal for a memorable vacation. The location is awesome for beaching, outdoor running and simply immersing in the Greek village culture. The host was awesome and very friendly and proactive. Thank you for everything!
Me and my fiancé loved our stay in the cabin. The place gets filled with sunshine during the day, and feels very cozy and homey. The beach is right there on the doorstep, you can hear the sea from the yard so during night time it’s great to relax and doze off to sleep. The yard is green and spacious, full of flowers and greenery. A wonderful experience with a great host. We’ll be looking to visit again at some point.
A wonderful space for 2 adults and a 1.5-year-old child. The hosts are very welcoming and kind. the yard is beautiful and well-kept. The fact that from the yard you take 3 steps and enter directly into the sea was wonderful for us, being with a small child. The only small things, the shower cabin is very small for someone over 1.85m tall and the wi-fi is quite weak. Thank you for hosting

The place is like a conservatory of the larger house that is on the same property (the larger house can be rented separately and you will have a shared garden, shared entrance and exit gates to property and the beach). We met our neighbours a few times but it didn't bother us. This place consists of a kitchen, bed and sofa area (no walls). Access to the bathroom is from the outside. Maybe in the photos it looked larger. Pros: - beach is very close. You can hear the waves from inside. In the morning the kids (5 and 7) went out alone. The sea is very shallow too.- beach equipment that we could use. Sunbeds, umbrellas, snorkelling masks, beach toys - privacy - well equipped Cons: - Location is remote. There isn't anything within walking distance - If the light bothers you in, you're not sleeping in :) The place lacks black-outs - Internet connection is not good - We had a problem with our air-condition. Host tried their best but couldn't fix ontime. Only one fan was available

The town of Epanomi is a 20-minute drive from Thessaloniki’s International Airport & the Mediterranean Cosmos shopping mall. Epanomi offers great restaurants, where you can enjoy traditional dishes and Mediterranean salads. The waters are clean with fresh streams from the Aegean Sea. We suggest you use a car for maximum comfort. If you wish to rent a vehicle or arrange a transfer from/to Thessaloniki’s International Airport, we’d be more than happy to help! Thessaloniki city centre is a 35-minute drive from Epanomi, and it’s definitely worth a visit.

Dear friends. I invite you to enjoy your holidays in my premises, located exactly next to an amazing seaside in Epanomi, Greece. For your stay, you have two options: 1. Spitaki is a glass-woody cabin able to host up to 4 people. 2. Villa-Zizel is a two-floor modern house able to host up to 6 people. Both premises are embraced by a magnificent garden, while the clearest waters in the broader area are directly accessed in one step. Parking inside the parcel is free as well as wifi. Our place is 20 minutes from the international airport of Thessaloniki, 30 minutes from downtown Thessaloniki and the nearest famous beaches of Chalkidiki. The Epanomi area, 15 minutes by car, is famous for its excellent sea-food restaurants. My intention is to offer a home feeling to my guest-friends, thus from 2023 and on I am managing all my reservations personally. Faithfully yours, Maria-Zizel
