Excellent stay for a climbing trip with a large group. Lovely house with enough comfy sofas for a group to relax on. Pool and outdoor facilities like the ping pong and badminton sets made this place stand out!
Alex's place is in a quiet, suburban area outside of Xativa. It's the most well-equipped airbnb we've ever stayed in domestically and in terms of activities (sports, aquatic and nursery play equipment plus family games, English books and CDs). It's also super comfy. Our family of six adults and three children aged 2, 9 and 11 (and a cat) had a beautiful time there over Christmas. We took small walks that suited the children along the river path, but there are plenty of adventurous hikes on offer in the area. It's a 15-minute drive, if that, into Xativa for shopping and for a good selection of bars and restaurants. The area is very hilly, and the drive in is winding but if you follow the directions of the housekeeper, Debbie, there is no problem at all to find the house. Debbie is a treasure and went out of her way to meet our needs. Communication with Alex was incredibly easy and responsive. All in all, one of the best Airbnb experiences we've had. We hope to stay there again soon!
la maison est très bien équipée. la literie est tres bonne. la piscine est agréable et le jardin bien entretenu. en revanche les voisins sont justes au dessus. nous avons passés un agréable séjour mais nous avons été dérangés car ces voisins.

Great place for a relaxing holiday! Nice family home that has everything you can possibly need. Nice to bake your own pizza in a wood fuelled oven. Although it was already the beginning of November we used the pool every day. Make sure to visit Xátiva castle an of you rented the bikes cycle along the river. But maybe the best thing of our stay was the prompt reaction of Alex and his brilliant housekeeper Debbie. We arrived without a care for a stay of over a week and she picked us up, took us to the big grocery store and even back to the station when we left. For sure a place where we would like to come back!
