Villa Ponente is a little piece of private paradise nestled in the hillside of what is fondly called ‘Golden Valley’ by the locals. It is a perfect distance to Cortona to get your daily steps in and ideally located to explore the region & it’s surrounding attractions. The house is comfortably & humbly fitted out and has everything that you could need. Sauro is an impeccable & genuinely caring host and this enhances the experience. For me I enjoyed a range of seasons and all were magnificent. The pool and upstairs terrace were a favourite and then there is that view… Bello 😍 Highly recommend.

Sauro is an excellent host and the villa is wonderful; well equipped with a fantastic pool. The location is ideal. Close to Cortona yet very private. the views are indescribable.

Sauro's villa is absolutely stunning & the garden & pool beautiful. It was peaceful & relaxing. The views across the Val de China we're incredible. Sauro was the perfect host - friendly, helpful & welcoming. We've been coming to this area for 22 years & we hope to continue for many years to come.

We had a wonderful stay in Cortona. The house is beautiful, the pool is clean and so much fun, the view is amazing and on top of it all it is really conviniently located. Perfect Tuscan holiday!
