Liz and Larry were friendly and proactive in reaching out and offered early check-in as there was not a previous booking. Everything was as described, neat, tidy and comfortable. The cabin was snug and compact which was fine for me as I was there on my own but a family of four would fit easily.

We had a great time kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and using the dinghy. Even our pups who had their first holiday had a great time being involved with all the activities provided. It was a lovely and cosy place to stay. Great surroundings with warm and welcoming hosts. We’ve already recommended this place to friends and family :)

Thanks Liz and Larry for a great short get away. It was perfectly located between the Creek and the beach, perfect for the kids and dogs to explore freely and very well equipped. We really enjoyed our week.

We had a wonderful stay at “Patonga Creek Cabin.” It is in a fabulous location, only moments from the idyllic waterways of the Hawkesbury, where we were able to go kayaking and fishing. Liz and Larry were incredibly generous in supplying life jackets, kayaks and even a yabbie pump for our two young boys. The cabin is beautifully set out & well stocked. It was also immaculately clean and felt very spacious. We had lovely weather, however when it did rain one morning, we were very happy to see they had supplied board games for children & had a fantastic, well curated book collection. We also strolled down “Jacaranda St” (couple of minutes walk) most days to the beach to go for walks along the sand or around the headland. The “Boathouse” restaurant/cafe is only minutes away from Liz & Larry’s place, where we enjoyed coffee overlooking the bay and also dinner some nights. Overall we would highly recommend “Patong Creek Cabin” to anyone who wants a relaxing & peaceful few days away.
