I stayed in Frank's house for three nights and, first of all the location is great, close to the beachfront and two nice beaches (i didn't use them since i stayed out of the season, but.. ). Frank as a human being is a very respectable and hospitable person. There were absolutely no problems in communication starting from chatting before check-in and to my standing in the apartament. I felt comfortable for all the time. Dispite Frank doesn't offer the kitchen (and this is specified in the advertisiment), he allowed me to use the fridge to store my food/drinks. The price is great considering all these aspects. I recommend.
