Nous avons passé une nuit inoubliable à la Villa AKHDAR 18 à Marrakech avec mon conjoint et mon ami. L'élégance de la villa et son ambiance paisible ont créé une expérience exceptionnelle. Les chambres étaient spacieuses, décorées avec goût, et offraient tout le confort nécessaire. Le personnel était chaleureux et attentionné, veillant à ce que notre séjour soit parfait. La piscine et le jardin luxuriants ont ajouté une touche de tranquillité à notre escapade. La proximité des attractions de Marrakech (20 minutes) a rendu notre exploration facile et agréable. Une adresse à recommander vivement pour une expérience authentique et relaxante au cœur du Maroc ! À très vite !

Heads-up! We booked the night before and drove from eljadida to find their location! When we arrived we couldn’t locate the villa, This is a rural area, I drove around it for hours and I couldn’t find it!!! So tip number one if you want to find the place you must go during the day light. And I wouldn’t risk it if I were you, the host is dishonest… the only contact number that was answering us was not in the area and didn’t know the area at all. So he was useless, only kept telling us keep looking. Wilde dogs everywhere… and not one person outside to ask for directions… google maps thinks it’s somewhere else and we felt unsafe with a baby in the car! A total mess. After 4 hours of frustration they finally had someone from their team call to explain that we would do a cancellation on our end and that we will be charged one night as a penalty! My husband and I agreed and were off to driving to Marrakesh and finding a suitable hotel at midnight! Exhausted! However when we tried canceling we lost all 5 nights of payment and the host didn’t respond anymore. Of course they knew what their doing. When Airbnb got involved I had to provide proof of me staying elsewhere as well as screenshots of any and all communication with the host and his team who were no longer answering anyone! They kept all of the money and left me work to do on top of not getting any help into finding the villa! Totally dishonest and villa location is horrible’ Our suitcases where travelling there before us with a local driver who also thought it was impossible to find and took him hours before giving up! Their account is flagged and if they were to take advantage of someone else like this again, there will be repercussion! They clearly took advantage and dishonesty like this says a lot! Glad I stayed elsewhere after all!

Great stay! Villa staff were very attentive and friendly. Great for a family or group of friends. Nice complex with tennis courts and spa.

Un havre de sérénité que nous avons adoré !! Hébergement et jardins magnifiques. Un service et un accueil absolument parfait. La gouvernante Ghislaine est attentionnée, adorable et discrète. Nous avons choisi la demi-pension. Félicitations à Najat, la cuisinière, qui est très douée. Nous nous sommes régalés. Une magnifique adresse pour se reposer, loin de l'agitation de Marrakech.
