Grace Note Farm is close to family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the ambiance, the location, the views, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Overnight and breakfast means lunch and dinner are off the farm as food is not permitted in the rooms. Home cooked meals are available by special arrangement. There are many colonial antiques and reproductions that give the visual experience of farm life in that time. The pace is slower, farm life and nature is all around. Conversation is enjoyed by all. Small children have many first experiences to help them grow and understand how to approach and enjoy animals. There are many educational activities for ages 3-8+.

I’m so grateful to have found Grace Note Farm Inn & B&B. I had a wedding in Chepachet only 10 min. away and I definitely did want to stay in a hotel or motel, too impersonal. I made a 4 day vacation out of it and I’m glad I did because I’m an outdoor enthusiast and a 75 yo horsewoman so this place was my cup of tea! Virginia is also a horsey person so we had similar war stories to tell. The Inn is quite and relaxing and borders Conservation land. I slept so soundly all three nights and the best part is I was able to avoid the family drama and enjoy my nephew’s wedding well rested! Also Virginia makes incredible blueberry pancakes and banana bread…I will definitely return for an R&R vacation and explore more hiking trails and try out some kayaking…#hiddengem

Virginia has a beautiful 1700’s farmhouse that’s well decorated with period furniture. The farm is a quiet oasis away from all road noise. Sleeping with the windows open was a great. Virginia’s breakfasts are amazing. Try anything made with her own fresh-from-the-chicken eggs! For gluten-free guests, try the outstanding blueberry pancakes.
Nice quiet location in the woods. Host is friendly and horses are gorgeous. Different beds to choose from ;)
I loved my stay here! Virginia was very pleasant, the farm was a nice getaway. She offered and made breakfast each morning. A row on the cranberry bog was peaceful. I highly recommend giving her farm try!

I'm a semi-retired musician that loves colonial history and lives on a property from 1730 that I made into a horse farm and inn. I love Downton Abby, Poldark and Outlander. I love meeting guests and sharing ideas. This place is colonial history, farm life, peace and tranquility. I'm the go to person here for just about anything you may need. It's a family style experience, one of sharing stories and living the "sun up to sun down" motto. All the animals are fed at 7Am, breakfast at 8:30, quiet at 10PM or sooner for children. There is hard work and lots of fun and outdoors in this unique historic setting. I've had guests from all over the world, many who have remained e-mail friends.
