LOVED this charming tiny home and will book again! Clean, convenient, stocked, comfortable it was everything we needed and then some for a Thanksgiving visit with the kids! The host was very responsive and it was reasonably priced. Very peaceful and quiet.

Booked this beautiful tiny house for the weekend because it was cheaper than staying in Nashville. Richard always answered when you reached out to him with any questions. At the end of our stay, we decided to extend another night (very last minute) because we loved the house and surrounding area so much. If I’m ever in the area again, I will be booking this house because it was perfect and the host was amazing.

Four stars. Very nice charming little farmhouse. It looks like the initial owners took very good care of it and did some nice rehab work to the house although upon arrival it was noticeably different than the pictures. Not sure if the current owner is the original owner. They were very nice and accommodating, however the property and house looked like no one had been there in a little while. Dusty inside, sheets were dirty, lawn had grown up a little bit, landscaping needed help. Porch and deck / patio furniture needed some major work. Fire pit area only had two Adirondack chairs that were decent, the rest are rotting away. Everything just looked overgrown and like it hadn’t been worked on in awhile. All that being said, it was quiet and a decent location. Needs some TLC.

This tiny home was so adorable and the perfect size. The bed was so comfy and I loved having a washer and dryer. The area feels safe and there is even a security system. It was nice to feel safe in a place that isn’t my own home. Overall I loved staying here and I will be back for sure!
