Pros- The location is absolutely beautiful. Communication was easy and seamless. Walkable to beautiful beaches, restaurants, grocery store. Felt safe and private. We love St. Martin and were thrilled to stay at the home for the second time. Cons- Needs a little tlc- some lights out that were not fixed during our stay, etc.

This villa was so beautiful and in a private location about 5 minutes from the airport. AMAZING VIEWS. Great beach options and food nearby, and Simpson Bay/Cole Bay Area w/ even more only about a 20 minute drive away. The place was spotless and there were lots of clean towels. All the amenities listed were available. I was as able to drop my bags off early before the check in time which was GREAT as I didn’t have a rental car and wanted to grab lunch upon arrival. Great host, great communication and I’d highly recommend!

Notre famille de 4 personnes à passé un séjour très agréable chez John qui a su respecter totalement notre désir de privacy, tout en restant à notre disposition quand nous le souhaitions. La Villa Oceanfront nous a offert chaque jour une vue magnifique sur l'océan dans un environnement calme et naturel, propice à notre détente sur sa grande terrasse entièrement en bois, parfaitement intégré à la nature environnante. Sa proximité avec la merveilleuse plage de Maho, les commerces et les restaurants nous ont permis une vie quotidienne simplifiée ainsi qu'une multitude d'activités pour tous les âges. Mes enfants qui ont tous les deux la vingtaine ont pu facilement sortir à pied le soir et profiter de plusieurs bars. Je vous recommande de venir chez John si vous passez par Saint-Martin et que vous souhaitez passer des moments de qualité.
