Open plan living which is fresh and bright with a modern vibe. Set back from the road in an enclosed garden it offers a peaceful nights sleep. Just a 5 minute walk and you can dip your toes in the sea or walk preston promanade and take in the sites of the bay. Rooms are all light and airy and fully accessible. Tv in living area and bedroom. Well equipped kitchenette. Enclosed garden with space to sit and relax.

Great location, host welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. Accommodation is as good as it looks in the photos, very thoughtful touches. So nice to have a sofa to slouch on, a table to work at and a very comfortable bed.

Lovely spacious, spotlessly clean and modern self contained flat. Hannah and Mark are lovely hosts who went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Excellent value for money and we would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.

The house is 2 minutes walk away from Preston seafront. It is also within walking distance to Paignton and Torquay town centres. A Sainsbury’s express and Tesco local is just up the road and there are many pubs/eating places within walking distance.
