This is a top tier choice to stay if you’re skiing Beaver Creek or Vail. Friendly location and very affordable for what is offered. Lynn’s kindness and effort in detail of the space shows guests here are cared for.

Lynn's place was exactly what the two of us needed for a ski getaway! easy walking distance to the Bear lot with its shuttle to Beaver Creek and an easy drive to everything you could want! There is some noise from the surrounding units, but Lynn thoughtfully provides earplugs for guests. We would stay again!

My husband and daughter went up for a quick ski trip to visit friends. I found Lynn's condo on AirBNB and it sounded perfect....and it was! Great location for their needs and a nice place to rest and recoup!

Lynn's condo just feels like home. There was none of the frenzy you usually see in ski towns. The condo is comfortable and appropriately stocked. The location can't be beat. I'm looking forward to another opportunity to visit Avon!
