My friend and I stayed at Matthew's Air b&b for a total of 2 months for the start of our working holiday in Canada. For both of us this was our first time in Toronto and Canada so were very nervous but the property certainly made the transition easy. It was a perfect property for 2 people, in a great location and definitely can't be beaten on price especially when you look at the cost of other air b&bs. Pros- Property very clean, tidy with all amenities you would need. Nice and cosy bedroom and living room (which made a great second bedroom with sofa bed) Nice back balcony for some fresh air and to sit in the sun Perfect location for transport, shops, bars and restaurants which were only minutes away Easy check in process, communication with host was quick and reliable especially if there was an issue. Price can't be beaten! Cons- Upstairs neighbours were noisy at times which was frustrating Not a huge amount of natural light Would recommend to anyone 100%. Thank you Matthew!!

地理位置良好，巷子口就有車子可以抵達車站；公車班次也很多可以抵達很多地方。 附近也有超商、餐廳跟咖啡廳。 屋主回覆速度快速，有任何問題都可以獲得解答。

Great place for longer term stays, had everything I needed and very enjoyable. Kind and responsive host. Only cons were upstairs neighbours are quite noisy and the street could be rambunctious at times.

Tuvimos una excelente estadía, el barrio tiene muchas cosas cerca y es fácil trasladarse. la cocina está muy bien equipada y la casa es cómoda. los colchones no son de lo mejor, y en el sofá cama había alguna especie de pulga que nos dejaba con picaduras. El anfitrión es muy atento y comunicativo, nos regalaron un vino para las fiestas, un detalle muy bonito. muchas gracias por todo!
