Really enjoyed our stay. We made dinner with the functional kitchen so saved a bunch on eating out. Kids swam and played pool and really enjoyed the time. Overall clean and comfortable. I’d stay again if ever in the area.

Great stay at a new resort next to a golf course. short drive to town for a few restaurants and grocery store. It was nice to have a kitchen to make our own meals, a washer and dryer in-unit, and plenty to do for the kids. There was a small rec room (foosball, pingpong, billiards), a pool and hot tub, exterior grill. Nice upgrade over a traditional hotel with gorgeous mountain views and way less busy than Breckenridge, Aspen Etc. It's only 30 minutes to the western entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park.

The family took a last minute trip to Ski Granby Ranch and was searching nearby for a 2 bedroom lodging with a Hot Tub. This one is about 8-10 minutes from the lifts and 5 minutes to Granby. This unit is on the 1st floor and close to parking lot for drive up loading/unloading OR You can take the elevator and luggage cart from the main lobby entrance. Hot Tub was plenty warm but the seasonal pool was closed understandably. I can imaging its awesome in the summer. Kids loved the game room. My wife and I did too. We only stayed for 1 night but the full size kitchen would come in handy for longer stays. Beds were comfy and having a separate kids bedroom (2 Twins) is so much better then a 1 room hotel. Thanks Fred for your prompt communications. You made our last minute trip happen. Great Place!!

Freddy’s place exceeded our expectations! It is a Wyndham timeshare property literally right across from the Granby Ranch ski resort and right near a supermarket with a Starbucks and gas station. The check-in is available 24 hours and it was very easy, just like a hotel. The place is very clean and spacious and has a full kitchen and cooking utensils. What really wowed us were all the free amenities. There was a game room, unlimited dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent for in room washer and dryer, salt, pepper, seasonings, coffee, hot chocolate, apple cider, etc. There’s no free Wi-Fi as stated in the title , however there was a business office where you could use the computers for free. Also, if you want Wi-Fi it’s about 5.99 a day for two devices for your room. We were also able to rent a DVD from the front desk for three dollars. We had the benefits of a condo in the mountains but also the amenities of a hotel. Additionally, we asked to extend our stay by a night and Friday responded quickly and was able to accommodate. For the price, the location, the space,and the amenities, this place was more than we expected! Thanks Freddy!

The place was nice and worked out well for our girls' weekend. We stayed here after not being able to find a place big enough to acommodate us in Grand Lake. It was an easy 20 minute drive.
